Guidelines for Poster Preparation and Presentation
- The poster with A0 size (portrait) (1.20 m vertically and 0.90 m horizontally) should be designed and prepared by the presenter and it would be placed on a poster board with a display space of 1.90 m (height) and 1.0 m (width).
- The poster should be readable presentation with good visual display. Please use the color for highlighting and to make your poster more attractive and also use pictures, diagrams, cartoons, figures, etc., rather than only text wherever possible.
- The poster can include an Abstract, if the author(s) think it is helpful. The information may conveniently be divided into sections, starting with an Introduction and ending with Conclusion. Other sections can be Objectives, Material and Methods, and Results. Acknowledgements can also be included. References can be included, if absolutely necessary.
- The boards will have a sign noting your poster code number; the numbering is provided by the Organiser. Please check the code number of your poster in the Program Book & Abstract.
- The poster presentation will be held on Tuesday, November 29 and Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The presenting author(s) must be present close to the poster during all the period assigned and are expected to be available for questions at posters session.
- Posters should be submitted to the secretariat desk in the registration time.
